Join staff from the Office of Distance Education and eLearning to learn about the open educational resources landscape, including how to find, evaluate, remix and reuse high-quality resources for your course. This session will be facilitated by Ashley Miller, Program Manager for Affordability and Access, and Tom Evans, Manager, Digital Scholarship Research. Ashley and Tom will share their experiences helping faculty adopt and create new affordable classroom materials and discuss the impact these projects have on students at Ohio State. Interested faculty participants will also have the opportunity to contribute textbook reviews to the Open Textbook Library after attending this workshop. A limited number of reviewers will be compensated as part of the Affordable Learning Exchange initiative.
